The operational delivery profession is made up of more than 280,000 civil servants who are the outward face of government, providing day-to-day services to citizens. People in the operational delivery profession do an essential job, helping customers to access services and meet their obligations. The profession is a cross-government project involving HM Revenue and Customs, Department of Work and Pensions, Home Office, and Ministry of Justice.
We were commissioned to develop and implement a new identity that would replace an existing disjointed brand. Our solution was colourful, fresh and modern and pretty unusual for a government brand.
We worked closely with Home Office and a number of stakeholders across government to ensure the brand worked and then applied it to digital and print templates, produced comprehensive brand guidelines and worked on a number of profession documents and exhibitions for senior leaders and events.
